Drop-off & Consultation

Our drivers deliver all of our orders to our local HQ and we’ll call you to do a full consultation. You’ll spend about 10 min at the store dropping off.

Digitize & Organize

Our expert 60+ person team will scan or convert your materials. We’ll maintain your organization digitally, we even do captions & labeling.

Project Return & Share

We return your project on archival & standard DVDs, USBs & hard drives to our Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA location. Private cloud storage always included.

All EverPresent consultants are certified organizers who can’t wait to preserve your family legacy. Their expertise across a wide range of media formats will give you peace of mind as we convert your photos and video tapes to digital. If your family has a large, multi-generational photo and video collection or a project that’s just too cumbersome to bring to our Manchester-by-the-Sea location, an EverPresent in-home consultation can make your work with us quick and painless.

Our in-home consultations span the entire Northeast! First, we’ll meet you in the comfort of your own home and give a detailed estimate for the cost of your project based on your goals and media formats. Your personal consultant can even help you sort and organize your whole family archive before we digitize your photos and videos. They’ll carefully pack your family heirlooms in weatherproof bins for secure transport to our production office. Once everything is digital, we’ll bring back your originals along with your choice of USB flash drives or DVDs (or both) with the digital copies, and access to your private website. After the photo scanning and video tape transfers, we’d love to help you plan design projects like photo books and video highlight reels to share your memories with friends and family.

A Few Details

Most of our orders take three weeks to complete. A $30 service fee applies to all orders. This service fee provides for safe handling procedures including: intake, item coding, physical & digital storage, quality checks by senior technicians and packaging.
