You now have even more ways to archive and enjoy your old pictures and VHS tapes. We just caught up with the Boston Business Journal to announce a new office and a convenient photo organizing service.

EverPresent Comes to Watertown

professional video editing service

EverPresent opened a new production facility June 2014 on Dexter Avenue in Watertown. Our co-founder and CEO Eric Niloff admits that “adding a new location is stressful, but it’s the best problem to have.”

The 2500-square-foot expansion means we have more room to sort, preserve, and restore more family memories than ever before. It also gives our team more room to grow; Eric says we plan to hire a few new people every month.

We’re excited about adding an office and growing our team, and those aren’t the only things expanding at EverPresent.

Digital Organizing: Our Answer to a Modern Problem

Our new digital organizing service solves an emerging issue for families with smartphones, laptops, and newer cameras. These folks are dealing with digital clutter: thousands of digital photos and videos, most of which are unwanted, saved on several different devices with no easy way to quickly retrieve them.

This new process backs up the files from every device into one master archive on an external hard drive. Our digital organizing experts then sort these family memories into folders with custom names, and even tag photos with names and keywords so it’s easy to locate specific ones.

The Future of EverPresent

It’s an exciting time to be preserving family memories. EverPresent is growing fast, and we’re just getting started!
