Weekly pickups for qualifying projects in: CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, MD, DE, VA
EverPresent’s mission is to preserve memories, and if we’re serious about that, we have to make it convenient. Packing, lifting, and transporting heavy boxes of tapes, films, slides, and photo albums is time-consuming and physically demanding. That’s why we offer doorstep service. We never let difficult logistics get in the way of our clients starting an important project, which has helped us earn the trust of families and institutions nationwide and become one of America’s three largest digitizing companies.

Who will I be dealing with at my home or office?
All EverPresent pickups are handled by EverPresent’s full-time drivers in our own vehicles. This is one of the most important things we do, and we never subcontract the work.
How long do I need to reserve for the pickup?
Our drivers will just be with you for a few minutes, and we’ll give you a reasonable pickup window on the day we’re coming, along with a 30 minute warning via phone or text. Please just have your photos and videos compiled so our drivers can efficiently put them into our watertight bins and assign them a unique barcode ID sticker.
What happens after the pickup?
Once the materials are back at EverPresent HQ, our technicians intake and inventory everything within a few days. You then have a consultation with our wonderful Consultants to review the options and budget and scope the project that’s right for you.
Yes, and that’s one reason we offer doorstep pickups. Big projects require a big vehicle and strong muscles to transport. We digitize millions of items every year. Whatever you have, we can handle it. Please don’t be shy!
Am I obligated to proceed with the project if I book a doorstep pickup?
You are not, and we require no upfront payment. Estimates are complementary, as is your initial consultation. At times, clients do choose to delay or cancel their project. This is rarely an issue, but when you fill out the booking form, don’t be shy to let us know if you’d like to have a quick chat with us before confirming to get a better sense of the scope and budget.
Will you also return the project to my home or office?
Absolutely. Our drivers return all your original materials along with the USBs and/or CDs of your digitized archives. That said, at times clients choose to have us return the project by mail for easier logistics once the order is safely digitized.
Our consultants look forward to working with you

“I’ve been helping families with their memories for five years and each new project is a new discovery and a new story we get to help a family tell. After doing my personal family project, it’s even more enjoyable to connect with my clients on the value of having everything digital.”
Hilary L.
“The best thing about being a consultant is making incredible connections with people. I have some families with archives so detailed and large they thought they’d never do anything with them, and I like to bring the joy of their family history back to them.”
Kate D.
“I love working with different kinds of families all over New England and New York. It’s nice to visit different areas and see the different ways people treasure and store their family photos and videos and what they have in mind to do with them.”
