Scans, home movies and albums included in StoryBox are for standard formats. You are welcome to put anything you want in your StoryBox and we’ll price additional items a la carte. All additional items sent with your StoryBox will receive a discount of 20%. See below for the difference between standard and non-standard formats.

1. PACK
- We send you a safe-ship StoryBox and you fill it with anything you want to be digitized.
- We accept aging film, tapes, albums, photos & slides, and more. See a complete list of formats here.
- Send your StoryBox back to us using the prepaid shipping label we’ve included.
2. SHIP
- We receive and unpack your StoryBox at our headquarters.
- All of your items are carefully inventoried and extra items are estimated separately and discount is applied.
- We call you for a consultation to review and confirm your order.
- We conduct your 20-30 minute recorded interview with the person(s) of your choice (based on package) at your convenience.
3. ENJOY
- Our team works their magic in our 7,000 sq ft U.S. lab.
- We send you back your originals plus DVD or USB and private digital files for easy sharing.
- Your custom mini documentary or montage is sent digitally and included on your DVD or USB, along with your full interview audio file (based on package).
