Our video editing service makes it simpler to view, share and organize after you convert your videos to digital. The only thing better than dozens of hours of priceless footage is also having a set of the best clips easily available to share over email, social media or the cloud. A $45 service fee applies to all orders. This service fee provides for safe handling procedures including: intake, item coding, physical & digital storage, quality checks by senior technicians and packaging.

How Our Editing Process Works

STEP 1: DIGITIZE

We’ll convert your VHS tapes, miniDV tapes, 8mm film reels, vinyl records, cassette tapes – whatever you have – into a viewable archive
The digitizing portion of your project will be finalized and returned to you with a USB that contains details and printouts on how A/V editing works, a digital clip sheet for you to provide instructions and our best tips
You’ll also receive your A/V files via your private, password-protected link

STEP 2: REVIEW

The EverPresent Digital Clip Sheet is where you’ll record all of the notes you have for your editing technician
You can provide time codes for sections of video you’d like removed, instructions for relabeling, notes of files to combine together and more. Detailed instructions and guidelines are included with your returned project
Share your clip sheet with EverPresent and let us know you’re ready to get started!

STEP 3: EDIT & SHARE

We’ll review your edits and reach out to confirm the best package for you.
Our professional editors will implement your instructions using the exact time codes listed. You will receive an online preview of the edited files to confirm the changes before we create your final USB and/or DVD deliverables.
Multiple rounds of edits are welcome in batches of 20 at the rate per package.
