We accept mail-in orders from across the U.S. We’ll email a pre-paid UPS label or apply a shipping credit if you ship on your own.
West Hartford Home Pickup Details
EverPresent recognizes that not all digitizing projects fit in a box, or multiples boxes for that matter. That is why we offer the convenience of home and office pickups if your project is large or hard to transport. If you can’t make it to our local drop-off location in West Hartford, we travel throughout Connecticut weekly and visit the entire state, including Newington, Waterbury, Middlebury, Simsbury and more. Once your items are picked up and brought back to our local lab they will be inventoried and a consultant will call you to discuss all of the details of your project. Then, after your project is complete, we will return your originals and you will have access to all of your memories digitally – it’s that easy!
