Our Southern With in-home appointments throughout the Northeast, our world-class consultants will happily come to you. First, we’ll hash out your plans to preserve your family memories and give you a written estimate for the cost to digitize them. Then our consultants can help you sort your collection before we convert your photos and videos to digital. Our consultants use sturdy sealed containers to bring your items to our production office, and when we return your originals, you’ll also get your choice of USB flash drives or DVDs (or both!) to save and share your digital photos and videos. Your in-home consultation can even be the first step we take to help you plan design projects like video highlight reels and photo books to showcase your memories.

Most of our orders take three weeks to complete. A $40 service fee applies to all orders. This service fee provides for safe handling procedures including: intake, item coding, physical & digital storage, quality checks by senior technicians and packaging.

“Converting your family photos and home movies to digital is at the heart of what we do, but you don’t actually need any aging media formats for us to help make your memories shine. Digital cameras and storage formats have been around for long enough now that lots of parents, especially those with younger children, might not have any prints or tapes that they want to digitize. One such client came to us with 10 USB flash drives, an external hard drive and roughly one dozen DVDs full of digital videos for us to turn into a video highlight reel. They gave us step-by-step instructions, with timestamps, on how to cut each video clip and merge them together into the final product. In fact, that client had so many digital files that even once their editing project was done, they used our Digital Organizing service to regain control of their cluttered digital archive.
