National digitizing leader now offering local service throughout The Sunshine State

Orlando, FL – October 1st, 2026 – Heading into the holiday season, EverPresent just announced that it has completed its expansion into Florida. EverPresent is the only top-five national digitizing service offering local service and home pickups in Florida.

EverPresent, which has provided premium photo scanning and video transfer services from Maine to Virginia for years, said that Florida was the natural spot for its first expansion out of the northeast corridor.  “Florida was the obvious choice,” said co-founder Eric Niloff. “Our home pickup services provide the heavy lifting and peace of mind Florida’s families deserve. And old photos and videos are particularly vulnerable to the humidity and overall weather in Florida. It was important for us to be here.”

EverPresent’s state-of-the-art 5,000+ square foot digitizing lab in Orlando features the only MWA Nova film transfer machine in Florida, offering 2KHD transfer for 8mm and 16mm film. EverPresent also brings one of the first archival-grade video transfer shops to Florida, along with the nation’s leading expertise in handling delicate albums and scrapbooks.

On any given day, Florida residents will now see EverPresent vans crisscrossing I-95 and I-75 as its team visits family homes and 31 partner locations from Miami to Tampa to Jacksonville. As of today, over 85% of Florida residents live within 30 minutes drive of a secure EverPresent dropoff location where they can submit their materials for secure barcoding and a free estimate.

“It’s special for us to be in Florida,” said co-founder Jennifer Niloff. “We first had the idea for EverPresent 15 years ago walking along the intercoastal in Palm Beach after seeing Eric’s grandfather’s World War TWo photos for the first time. There was no chance we were putting them in the mail, and we realized that families needed an elite level of service to preserve important history. It’s fun to think about him looking down all these years later seeing that his photo collection turned into a great company helping so many families preserve their past.”
