Our Upper Valley drop-off location is located inside The Gilded Edge Frame Shop & GalleryWhatever format you have at home, we’ve seen them all and we’ll convert them to digital for you. First, you’ll get a detailed estimate on the cost of digitizing and what you can expect during your project. Our expert consultants can help you sort and organize your family archive before we convert those photos and videos to digital. All the details can be covered from the comfort and safety of your own home and save you the trip to our office. You’ll receive your originals back, plus your choice between USBs or DVDs (or both) and access to our private website. Then it’s all packed into airtight containers for transport to our production site. When your photos are scanned and your videos captured, we can help you plan design projects like photo books and video highlight reels to showcase your memories.

Most of our orders take three weeks to complete. A $30 service fee applies to all orders. This service fee provides for safe handling procedures including: intake, item coding, physical & digital storage, quality checks by senior technicians and packaging.
