Matt Patten
Director of Lab Support and Operations
Matt Patten joined EverPresent in 2016, shortly after graduating from Northpoint Bible College with dual BAs in Music and Theology. Matt brought with him valuable experience from his years performing and working in audio. He spent three years touring with a band throughout the Northeast and Canada, playing at conferences, and completed an internship at a small recording studio in Boston. These experiences sparked a passion that has since grown beyond audio into video, operations, and client support.
At EverPresent, Matt’s journey has touched nearly every corner of the company. Early on, he helped develop the foundation of EverPresent’s audio capabilities, transforming the setup into a professional-grade studio for higher quality recording and editing. He has also contributed on the Photo and Digital Organizing teams. Later, as manager of the AV Department, he oversaw a team of 20 technicians and junior leaders while creating the professional video capturing package that is still in use today. He worked closely with major institutional clients to ensure their projects exceeded expectations.
Today, as Director of Lab Support and Operations, Matt oversees equipment and operational needs across all EverPresent labs, manages a team of project managers, and plays a key role in expanding the company’s national footprint.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys production, photography, and, most importantly, pizza.
"EverPresent is a great place to work. We are mission focused and always looking to improve the client experience when trying to push boundaries for what we can offer."
