Your family memories on USB and DVDEverPresent’s in-home consultations bring our world-class customer service right to your door, or anywhere else in the Northeast. You’ll spend time with your own personal consultant to plan for your project and figure out the cost. Then we’ll sort your cassette tapes and photo albums before carefully sealing them in weatherproof bins and bringing them to our production office where we will transfer VHS to DVD and other formats. When your project’s complete, we’ll return your originals along with a USB flash drive or DVDs with your digital archive. Don’t forget to ask about our custom design services like video highlight reels and photo books that you can share with friends and family!.

Most of our orders take three weeks to complete. A $40 service fee applies to all orders. This service fee provides for safe handling procedures including: intake, item coding, physical & digital storage, quality checks by senior technicians and packaging.
