Most of our orders take three weeks to complete. A $30 service fee applies to all orders. This service fee provides for safe handling procedures including: intake, item coding, physical & digital storage, quality checks by senior technicians and packaging.

Some clients select our specialty services like photobooks and digital organizing to make their photo and video collections even more convenient and customized. One client from California was thrilled with our one-of-a-kind digital organizing services that allowed her to access her newly digitized memories quickly and easily. She first sent us her scrapbooks, photo albums, picture frames, and loose photos of her family and their Christmas parties through the years.
After scanning nearly 2000 of her photos, we added digital organizing tools to help the client quickly navigate through her massive digital archive. One of our senior consultants helped her sort through the now digital collection to label and categorize her photos, framed portraits, and scrapbook pages. Once the client made her selections, we sorted the images into chronological folders by date. Within those folders, smaller groups of images were tagged with the names of her daughters and relatives. These handy organizing features make it fast and easy for the client to access photos of specific people from particular years and events, WITHOUT scrolling through her entire digital library.”
