We are proud of our small part in Massachusetts’ remarkable history of innovating the photo and video fields

The first Christmas card in the United States was printed in 1875. This happened at Louis Prang’s printing shop right in Boston, Massachusetts. Inspired by the work of Henry Cole 30 years prior, Prang simplified the design of the Christmas card. So, while Henry Cole invented the first Christmas Card in England, it was Prang that made the style of card we are familiar with today.
What was once a method to simplify the replying process evolved into a cherished method of wishing well to friends and family. We now have holiday cards of all types, and families everywhere have these mementos stored away. Digital media has made it easier than ever to send an email or text wishing a happy holiday. While that is nice, there is something to be said about the hard copy. A handwritten message on a card is a piece of history and is worth preserving digitally before it is lost forever to aging. We have helped clients preserve these exact kinds of memories, as well as create books that archive them. (Insert link/reference to photobook of christmas cards)
