A FEW MORE NOTES ON DVCPRO tapes:
Panasonic and Sony were the leading companies in making DV tapes with Panasonic making DVCPRO and Sony making DVCAM. Similar to VHS tapes, DV tapes use a magnetic tape which records what a digital sensor in the camcorder captures. There are two sizes of DVCPRO tapes, the medium size can record up to 66 minutes of footage and the larger can hold up to 126 minutes.
